Subscript primarily ingests contract data by retrieving contract PDFs directly from your CRM:
Once Subscript obtains the contract PDF, our AI capabilities automatically extract critical contract details such as invoicing schedules, payment amounts, and key contract terms.
You can also manually upload contract PDFs directly into Subscript if your CRM data is incomplete or inaccurate. Common scenarios include:

In the navigation bar, select Transaction, and then Contract PDFs.
Upload a contract
While the contract is being uploaded, it will be visible under the In Processing Tab.
After the contract is uploaded, you will find it under the Needs to be reviewed tab. Click on the contract to see the transactions created by subscript.
