Note that you need to be an administrator in the related integration to be able to connect it to Subscript.
CRMs, GLs and Stripe have different levels of permissions, but for all of them if you’re not an admin you’ll see errors when trying to connect and Subscript won’t be able to establish the connection.

There are four types of integrations with external services for Subscript:
In the first three cases, to initiate the integration, you can either:
Settings → Add IntegrationEmail integrations can be hooked up through Settings → Subscript Billing → General Settings
Regardless of the service being integrated, follow the approval flow to authorize Subscript to read and/or write data. We use secure OAuth API connections to fetch API keys that will allow us to read/write data from each source.
Note: CRM integrations are generally read-only, but we can get permissions for read/write access in order to sync invoice status back to the deal/opportunity/customer. Please work with your data solutions rep at Subscript to set this up if needed!

Most integrations configurations are handled by the subscript data team! They are highly customized, and so settings will happen on the back end. We will work with you to get those configurations correct and validated.
