Connecting a Data Source to Subscript

There are four types of integrations with external services for Subscript:

In the first three cases, to initiate the integration, you can either:

  1. Follow the special link provided in your welcome email from the Data Solutions team (before logging in for the first time)
  2. Log into Subscript, and head to SettingsAdd Integration

Email integrations can be hooked up through SettingsSubscript BillingGeneral Settings

Regardless of the service being integrated, follow the approval flow to authorize Subscript to read and/or write data. We use secure OAuth API connections to fetch API keys that will allow us to read/write data from each source.

Note: CRM integrations are generally read-only, but we can get permissions for read/write access in order to sync invoice status back to the deal/opportunity/customer. Please work with your data solutions rep at Subscript to set this up if needed!

Most integrations configurations are handled by the subscript data team! They are highly customized, and so settings will happen on the back end. We will work with you to get those configurations correct and validated.

Reintegrating a disconnected integration

You can see your systems were disconnected when Subscript shows you this warning below, asking for you to reintegrate the service:
