Filters

Subscript’s filters give you fine-grained control over any metrics you want to see. Want to examine only your Europe customer base? Sure. Europe ex-UK? That’s fine too!

The filters allow you to cut the metrics to exactly what you want to see at any point.

Time periods

Metrics in Subscript are available in any time period you want - monthly, quarterly, annually. And then there’s a special option in cumulative, which lets you see the cumulative metric for any given period.

For example, you could filter down to your Europe ex-UK business, and then look at the months where you had big releases for EU customers (say, January through May 2024). Then, you can see Net Revenue Retention for just that group in your metrics.

Charts

Most metrics are also available as charts, which lets you design the dashboard you need to best understand your business:

You can then drill down into any chart, and set goals as well:

All of the charts and metrics respect the filters you set as well, so you can use them to get a better visual view of any part of the picture.
