There are also customers that need a specific email to go out to their customer with just the credit note. As of Aug 14, 2024, we have a solution for you too!

  1. Go to Settings > Subscript Billing > General Settings

  2. Enter the information you would like to see in the subject line and the email body for the credit-note-only emails.

  3. Click Save Settings.

  4. Navigate to the invoice schedule where you need to send out a Credit Note email to a customer.

  5. Click Credit Note in the top left corner.

  6. You’re able to change the memo and Credit Note Title on this screen as well. After you make any changes, go ahead and click Save in the top right corner. Then press & Send.

  7. You are then taken to a preview screen to view the email you’re about to send to a customer. Ensure that it is correct. You’re able to Test Send to yourself if you’d like.

  1. If you’re reading to send the Credit Note email and attachment to your customer, press Send Now in the bottom right corner.
